At least 20 people are dead after flooding and mudslides from Helene caused destruction from Florida to North Carolina.

Friday, September 27, 2024 12:43 PM ET

The storm came ashore as a powerful Category 4 hurricane and quickly moved north. Deaths were reported in at least three states.
